Situated in the heart of Scandinavia, Göteborg is the second largest city in Sweden with 850,000 inhabitants in the region. Göteborg is a leading meetings and event city in Europe with a strong joint commitment between the business community and the city council to support major events and meetings offering professionalism and excellent organizational skills.

The meeting will be held at the Chalmers University of Technology, near the city centre, in “Kollektorn”, Kemivägen 9 on Chalmers Campus Johanneberg.

Arrival by air

Airport bus (tickets can be bought from the bus driver SEK 140 return (about 15 euro), SEK 75 one-way (about 8 euro)) from Landvetter Airport to Korsvägen, where you can catch one of the following

tram 6, direction Länsmansgården

tram 8, direction Frölunda Torg 

tram 13, direction Marklandsgatan

The trams stop at Chalmers.

Taxi airport – Chalmers approx SEK 400 (about 43 euro)

At Drottningtorget, out side the station building, you will find the following tram for Chalmers

The tram stops at Chalmers.

Tickets for tram

On trams, tickets can no longer be purchased from the driver. Instead, you must use the ticket machine aboard. The machine accepts coins only (cash ticket SEK25 (about 2,6 euro)).
